The long reverberation times in the cathedral were unsuitable for drums, guitar, and bass, making modern worship intolerable to hear.
We designed and installed proper acoustics that allowed new audio technology to be used without changing any walls or surfaces. With a discreet design, we helped them maintain the authenticity of the historical cathedral.
Word of Life used a Catholic cathedral to launch their fourth campus. Built in 1957, the church desired to maintain its traditional look while using it to host modern worship.

EAW Column speakers were used for an affordable and long-term solution that provided adequate coverage throughout the space, without distracting from the architecture.
Wall treatment was installed seamlessly on the side walls, controlling undesirable reflections and excessive reverberation. This allowed the stained glass to retain the spotlight.
